With multiple methods of decoration in-house, we can come up with a cost-effective way to decorate just about anything.
Inkjet Direct to Garment The latest technology in garment decoration. The design goes directly from the computer through a special printer onto the garment. Great for one-offs, highly personalized and full color decoration. Yes we can print on black. No set up fees. Prices start at $12.00 for a white t-shirt with single location imprint.
Screen Printing The traditional method of printing garments. Ink is pressed through a mesh screen onto the fabric. One screen is required per color. Perfect for long runs and jobs requiring one or two colors. Set up charges applied.
Dye Sublimation The design is printed using sublimation inks on sublimation paper. It is then pressed into the garment fabrics using a commercial heat press. This isn't our favorite method for garment decoration. It can only be done successfully on white, polyester garments. It IS our favorite way for imprinting many other items such as mousepads, jar openers, dog tags, mugs, plates, lens cloths and license plate frames.
Cut Vinyl This can be a great method for decorating one or two garments with a single color especially if a synthetic fabric is used. Special vinyl materials are manufactured for adhesion to cotton and to synthetics fibers (nylon, polyester, etc). This is a great option for decorating table cloths for events. Yes we produce cut vinyl banners, too.
Heat Transfer Although rarely employed, by us we do have the capability to produce full color heat transfers. Heat transfer ink is printed onto a special vinyl with a paper backing. The transfer is applied to the garment using a commercial heat press. Because of the transparent qualities of the ink, the heat transfer background is white for the inks to show. The result is a "plasticy" film on top of the garment. The ability to control the transfer shape is limited. Heat transfers can be a good solution for tote bags where a square design is acceptable.
